In the case of missing or damaged packages, as the sender of the item(s), I am required to file all claims with the delivery companies, and you will be required to give as much information as possible for their investigations. Refunds will be issued, after and depending the outcome of investigations of the delivery company used, or at the discretion of Crafty CoastReturns Policy Refunds or exchanges may be made within 7 days of receipt.
